Return & Refund Policy


At xtntbd.com, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel plans. In such cases, we have created this refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process for our customers.

Refund Timeline:

We aim to process refunds within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies. If there is any holidays or vacation, the refund time process may delay.

Refund Method:

We will issue the refund using the same payment channel that was used to make the booking. For example, if you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card account. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be transferred back to the same bank account.

 

Refund and cancellation policy on multiday tour package :

For tours with overnight stays the following scale of charges applies:

An administrative fee of 10% of the tour value (or 1000 BDT if 10% is less than 1000 BDT)

29 – 21 days

25% of the total package price

20 – 08 days

50% of the total package price

07 – 03 days

75% of the total package price

03 – 01 days

100% of the total package price

No show/Cancellation day of arrival

100% of the total package price

-Transfer of a confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking.

-There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after the commencement date.

-Please note that some hotels have cancellation policies that are different to our days of notice/cancellation fees and charges and in this case the cancellation policy of the hotel will apply to accommodation charges incurred at that hotel. You will be advised of this separately if applicable.

-In case of travel booking the cancellation policy will be handled case by case.

-In case of conflicts in neighbouring countries, cancellation is possible 07 days before the tour starts and we will provide a full refund less an administrative fee of 10% of the total package price. If the 10% of the total package price is less than 1000 BDT an administrative fee of 1000 BDT will be charged.

No Refund Policy:

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to provide a refund. These circumstances include but are not limited to:

  • Cancellation or modification of non-refundable bookings
  • No-shows or late arrivals
  • Any changes or cancellations made outside of our cancellation policy
  • No refund for unutilised service
  • If the cancellation made without discussion

 

If we are unable to provide a refund, we will inform you of the same and provide a valid reason.
