Payment Policy

 

Unless otherwise provided by the Terms and Conditions, users who wish to make payments to XTNTBD must comply with the terms of the Payment Terms.

The terms of payment for the XTNTBD user community will consist primarily of:


A user uses XTNTBD payment tools when the user is 18 years of age or has a representative, or guardian who joins and ensures that the user sees and understands his / her rights and responsibilities as well as ours;

When a user uses payment tools on XTNTBD or related services, we communicate with the user through an XTNTBD account or email about the user’s payment information or account;

In addition to the financial data protection policies set out in our Data and Privacy Policy, we guarantee the protection of user financial information when using XTNTBD payment tools.

Xclusive Tour And Travels accepts payment by

  • Bank Transfer,
  • Cash payment,
  • Mobile Banking (bKash, Rocket, Nagad- adding processing fees),
  • Card payment on POS

Clients to shoulder any charges resulting in the transaction. Payments to be received net of charges or amount as stated in the quotation given.

Cash Payments

Cash payments may be received in our office and should NOT be sent by regular mail, in parcels or by any other non-secure method, without prior written approval from xtntbd.com. All CASH payments as-well as any other payment method will be issued a voucher signifying our receipt of money paid.

Cheque

Cheques may be accepted as payment, but often require lengthy processing times of up to 6 weeks before release. Payments made by Cheques are not considered “paid”, until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment.

Mobile Banking:

Guests can pay through mobile banking apps. Please consult with us before prior payment.

POS machine charge:

  • Visa / Master – 2%
  • City Amex – 3%

Receipt of Payment

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following,

(1) a xtntbd.com confirmation number,
(2) a detailed trip itinerary,
(3) a voucher showing your full payment.

Updating XTNTBD Terms

We deem it necessary to the extent permitted by applicable law that the content of these Payment Terms be updated at any time. Which applies to us as payment terms.

When users confirm a transaction, the current updated payment terms will control each content in that transaction.

For any important information regarding user accounts and payments through the XTNTBD Payment Service, we will contact users at any time via a registered account or email address and phone call.

User Complaint

XTNTBD is responsible for receiving payment transaction complaints at XTNTBD and helping users communicate with providers in the event of a dispute. To maintain user confidence in XTNTBD’s quality of service, XTNTBD promotes a negotiated solution between the parties and the following steps are followed.

Step 1: Users who have complain about payment transactions should send their feedback via email to the Customer Care Department [email protected] or reflect directly to the authority.

Step 2: The XTNTBD Customer Care Department will receive complaints from users. Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, XTNTBD will take specific measures to assist customers in liaising with suppliers for dispute resolution under the supplier’s published policies.

Step 3: Suppliers and customers negotiate and resolve disputes among themselves.
